• Budget Assistance
    Set up spreadsheet with designated percentages to each category
    Make sure client stays within budget, or is aware what will put them over/under
  • Payment Schedule
    Set up a schedule to alert clients when deposits and/or payments are due
  • Vendor Selections
    Assist with finding the right vendor, available for wedding date, within client’s budget
  • 5 Vendor Meetings (i.e., menu and cake tasting, site walk-through, florists, officiants, photographers, etc.)
  • 3 Brainstorming get-togethers (i.e., themes, designs, colors, décor ,etc.)
  • To-do checklists (timeline of when tasks need to be completed)
    Checklists sent to clients every 3 months
  • Stationary Referrals/Recommendations (suggest stationary companies for all your needs, save-the-date cards, invitations, programs, menu cards, place card and escort cards)
    Client will work directly with stationer to create design
  • Accommodations/Transportation
    Suggest appropriate hotel accommodations and transportation companies needed for event
  • Ceremony and Reception Coordination (12 hrs. event management for day of)
