Cars Trucks and Things That Go...

On Saturday we celebrated my son's 2nd birthday at a local park.  Thank goodness the weather was a beautiful 85 degrees.  Riley was quite stubborn in that he did not want to look at any cards, nor did he care about any clothes.  He would dig through the bags looking just for cars and trucks, oh boy, it was funny.  He also decided when it was time for everyone to sing Happy Birthday he would run the opposite direction screaming Nooooo!  So that ended quite quickly.  It was funny and I wish I would have had my video camera to capture the moment. Anyway here are some snapshots I was able to take.

This was his birthday invitation I designed on vistaprint.com.  Photo by Amanda Kirkham.

Here is our small area that I was lucky enough to get under the pavillion.  Low and behold there were three other birthday parties there.  Balloons and buckets filled with candy kabobs I made for the kids.
